The sales price of newly constructed residential buildings in 70 large and medium-sized cities decreased in 8 cities and that of remained the same level in 6 cities comparing with the previous month.

I. The Sales Price of Newly Constructed Residential Buildings

The sales price of newly constructed residential buildings in 70 large and medium-sized cities decreased in 8 cities and that of remained the same level in 6 cities comparing with the previous month.

Comparing with last month, the number of cities with sales price decreased added to 5, while that of increased cut down by 4. The growth rate of sales price in 7 cities exceeded 1.0 percent, reduced 12 cities than that in January; the growth rate of sales price in 44 cities fell than that in January. In February, the cities that sales price and growth rate decreased apparently went up.Comparing with the same month of last year, the sales price of 1 city declined, while that of the growth rate in 31 cities went down in 70 large and medium-sized cities.

II. Sales Price of Second-Handed Residential Buildings

Comparing with last month, the sales price of second-handed residential buildings in 70 large and medium-sized cities decreased in 4 cities and that of remained the same level in 16 cities.

Comparing with last month, the number of cities with sales price remained the same level and decreased added to 10, while that of increased cut down by 10. The growth rate of sales price in 5 cities exceeded 1.0 percent, reduced 9 cities than that in January; Comparing with the same month of last year, the sales price in 3 city declined, while that of the growth rate in 22 cities went down in 70 large and medium-sized cities.
